WeightMedRx Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy
At WeightMedRx, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and pharmacy requirements are our highest priority. Due to federal and state regulations governing prescription medications and telehealth services, all sales are final once payment has been processed.
WeightMedRx does not accept returns and does not provide refunds for prescription medications, compounded medications, consultation services, medical reviews, or subscription-based programs once an order has been placed and payment is completed.
Prescription medications cannot be returned, reused, or resold once dispensed. For this reason, all prescription-related purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
New Orders
Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it is considered final.
- Cancellation requests may be submitted through customer support; however, approval is not guaranteed.
- If a prescription has already been transmitted to a licensed provider or pharmacy for processing, the order cannot be canceled.
- If a provider determines you are not medically eligible for treatment, WeightMedRx may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial credit or account adjustment. Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Renewals
WeightMedRx subscription programs automatically renew unless canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal date.
If you do not cancel within this timeframe:
- Your subscription will automatically renew
- You will be responsible for all associated charges
- All renewal payments are non-refundable
To manage or cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account and select “Manage Subscription”
Your renewal schedule is based on your original purchase date and selected plan duration.

Non-Refundable Products & Services
All of the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Prescription medications (including compounded medications)
- Medical consultations and provider evaluations
- Subscription programs and membership fees
- Medical reviews and treatment assessments
- Shipping and handling fees
- Telehealth services and clinical coordination
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Side effects or adverse reactions
- Change in medical condition or treatment discontinuation
- Provider decision to stop or adjust treatment
- Dissatisfaction with results or lack of expected outcomes
- Unused medication or partial treatment cycles
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Delays outside of WeightMedRx control (including pharmacy or shipping delays)
This policy is intended to comply with applicable pharmacy, prescribing, and telehealth regulations.

Subscription Commitments & Active Terms
Certain programs may require minimum subscription commitments.
By enrolling, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the full term of your selected subscription
- Early cancellation does not eliminate financial responsibility for the active term
- Installment plans must be paid in full even if treatment is discontinued
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic renewal for the next billing cycle, and those charges will remain non-refundable.

Presale & Promotional Offers
- Presale and introductory offers are charged in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable
- Promotional pricing applies only while the subscription remains active without interruption
- If a subscription is canceled, paused, or lapses, future pricing may revert to standard rates
- Introductory pricing applies only to the initial billing cycle unless otherwise stated

Financing / Payment Plans
If you participate in a financing or installment plan:
- You remain responsible for the full balance of your agreement
- Cancellation or discontinuation of treatment does not remove financial obligations
- All financing terms remain enforceable under the original agreement

Medical Concerns
If you experience side effects or medical concerns, contact your licensed provider through your patient portal immediately.
For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Shipping, Fulfillment & Service Availability Policy
Shipping Costs
There are no separate shipping fees charged by WeightMedRx.
Your subscription or order may include all applicable costs such as:
- Medication fulfillment
- Clinical consultation and provider review
- Standard shipping and handling
Shipping is included as part of your program pricing unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped using expedited delivery methods when available.
Typical delivery timelines include:
- Pharmacy processing time: 2–10 business days (may vary depending on prescription and pharmacy workload)
- Shipping transit time: 1–5 business days after shipment is dispatched
Once shipped, delivery timing is dependent on carrier performance and is not guaranteed.

Order Review & Prescription Process
After placing an order:
- Your intake and medical questionnaire are reviewed by a licensed provider
- If medically appropriate, a prescription may be issued
- The prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment
- The pharmacy processes and ships the medication to the address on file
Processing times may vary based on clinical review, provider availability, and pharmacy workload.

Service Availability (United States Only)
WeightMedRx services and prescription products are available for shipment within all 50 U.S. states, subject to:
- Provider licensing restrictions
- Medication availability
- State-specific prescribing regulations
We do not currently ship to:
- U.S. territories
- International locations

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to deliver to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- U.S. military bases requiring restricted delivery channels
All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or commercial street address.

Delivery Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure timely delivery:
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
